FREE Breastfeeding Support Group

Are you struggling with Mastitis, Clogged Ducts, or Nipple Damage? Do you have engorgement or low supply? Does your baby struggle or cry at the breast?

Our Lactation Consultants offer expert advice to families,  helping them feel confident & cared for every step of the way.
Get Help With:
  • Weight Checks
  • Painful Latch
  • Low Supply or Over Supply
  • Fussy Eaters
  • Engorgement & Clogged Ducts
  • Transitioning Home from the NICU
  • Strategies to Transition from Pumping and Bottles to Nursing

Breastfeeding Group is led by:
Sandra Schmeling RN, IBCLC

Sandra has experience working as an IBCLC in the NICU and with new parents in the Hospital as well as privately in our clinic and in their homes. In addition to running our support group, Sandra has clinic hours every Thursday at Recovery Lounge and Spa and offers home-visits in the Aurora & South Denver area.
